Summary:
Los Alamos is gaining a reputation for its storytellers. For the eighth year in a row, representatives from the Hill have competed in the National Youth Storytelling Hall of Fame Showcase.
And this year, our two delegates came home winners.
Rachel Brown and Sydney Provan, seventh-graders at Los Alamos Middle School, took first place in the tandem storytelling category earlier this month at the competition, held in Pigeon Forge, Tenn.
"It was so fun to hear all the stories all the people had to tell," Provan said.
